Welcome to Cybernatix. By engaging our engineering services, software consulting, or development contracts, you agree to the following terms and operational standards.

1. Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer

Upon final milestone clearance, complete ownership of source code, Git repositories, database architectures, and design tokens is 100% transferred to the client.

2. Milestones & Transparent Delivery

Projects are executed in transparent agile sprints with weekly staging walk-throughs.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Clients with active SLA maintenance agreements receive 24/7 emergency incident response from our dual engineering centers in Lahore and Kuala Lumpur.
